Portable version for Windows

I suggest considering the possibility of publishing in Releases not only .AppImage and .Setup.exe versions of the application, but also a portable version that does not require installation. Let it have a number of restrictions or requirements compared to the installed ones, but at least not changing the OS registry and the contents of system folders. User settings in the portable version should be stored in the application folder, and the list of recent applications, if present in the application, should, if possible, operate with relative paths.
