[Feature] Being able to set visible 'input slider' blocks #35

The GUI appears to only shows slider blocks of input parameters that have a 'user' value assigned. It might be nice to expose these blocks as an attribute of a transition path and make it possible for the user to enable / disable blocks via the GUI or API.
