Update scenario_collection scenarios

Recent model development have not been incorporated in the scenario that are used in the testing suite. The scenario_collection needs to be updated or new scenarios need to be added.

Check potential for testing non-nl scenarios. We should at least add the scenario for Northern Ireland, but potentially we might add scenarios for EU countries to the MT. Preferably this would be featured scenarios - TYNDP - but these are not yet available.

@noracato the new II3050v2 scenarios are only present on the live db. I think it would be useful to add them to the MT scenario suite. Could you copy them to the staging db? Then I'll add them to the scenario suite.
