Adding slider name in .csv download

At this moment the .csv slider download (https://energytransitionmodel.com/saved_scenarios/9186.csv) does not contain de slider name. It would be helpful for users to have the slide name added to this download.

@MartLubben the current way of .csv to SavedScenarios is not really well embedded in the interface. We are adding a new dedicated download for the inputs, see quintel/etengine#1463. This does not yet include any locales, but I like the suggestion of adding it. Would this be possible at some point @louispt1?
