wrong output_element_key is used at the slide 'Hourly curves for heat networks'

At the slide 'Hourly curves for heat networks' the output element key that is used to determine the output element is automatically showed, heat_network_demand, is outdated.

This output element has been removed from the model and replaced with heat_network_demand_ht, heat_network_demand_mt & heat_network_demand_lt.
