Add agree to Terms and Privacy to Sign up form

In the past, new users were informed that, by signing up, they agree to our Terms and Privacy. However, when I open the sign-up form now, it is no longer included:

Just a simple message stating: "By signing up, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the Energy Transition Model" should suffice.

I only wonder if anonymous users should also be notified in a similar way?

This issue has had no activity for 60 days and will be closed in 7 days. Removing the "Stale" label or posting a comment will prevent it from being closed automatically. You can also add the "Pinned" label to ensure it isn't marked as stale in the future.
