changing an entry from zero to non-zero crashes iPhone app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add entry with quantity 0
2. select entry and "Edit entry"
3. press "X" to clear the zero and enter a non-zero value (eg 1)
4. press "Save"
5. iPhone app exits, entry is still present with value 0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to be able to change zero to non-zero value.  App. exits and entry 
stays as zero

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Whatever iPhone app is currently available (2012-02-27) from app store.
iPhone 4, iOS 5.0.1

No longer care about daytum bugs, haven't used the software for over a year and 
I no longer have an iphone.
