Development dependency on rocco, which is unmaintained

While attempting to package this for Guix, I've noticed that it depends on rocco, which has been archived on Github (unmaintained): https://github.com/rtomayko/rocco/.

I'll try to build the package without its documentation, to avoid having to package such unmaintained package.
