Remove dependency on yaml

I assumed there would be no specific installation required for yaml as it is a dist-package for me, but bodono/scs-python#63 (comment) reported some hassle and I don't see it in the official Python docs.

Let's switch to json which is in https://docs.python.org/3/library/json.html
