adding support for mathjax and $...$ syntax

No argue that KaTeX is way faster and better than MathJax but there are still some features missing, plus many other editors (including stack overflow, reddit and Jupyter are still using it). It would be great if mathjax support could be added. The main point is to have inline math with $...$ and math-block with $$...$$.
