不显示昵称可以加上（虽然不知道实际使用场景）
水平弹幕滚动是指弹幕飘屏嘛？还是说弹幕框内新的弹幕样式？这个可能要考虑一下，因为个人时间不是很多😂

另外欢迎提交pr实现各种各样的templates

不显示昵称，可以留更多空间

弹幕飘屏的模式，我可以从左右结构改为上下结构，符合日常视频弹幕布局

老机子，开网页，风扇狂转，屏蔽上传也不理想了

可以试试改为右对齐
