qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorent 5.0, 5.0.1
Windows 10 pro x64

What is the problem?

Updating to qBittorent 5.0 or 5.0.1 changes date format in "Added on" and "Completed on" to American date format. Previous versions all respected the operating systems date format settings.

Updating to qBittorrent 5.0 or 5.0.1 resets columns to defaults, all previous updates have kept column settings.

Version 4.6.5:

After updating to version 5.0.1:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a any version before 5.0 and up
  2. Update to version 5.0 or up

Additional context

No response

Log(s) & preferences file(s)

This is not a matter of my preferences, since you can't change date format in qBittorent. Logs will not do anything good either since there are no errors or technical issues.

Date format and previous column settings are simply not respected anymore.

I am using English(US) as my base langue in Win11:
AND
Regional Format as may native Country
And for Columns there were some changes in behavior from 5.xxx
In my view QB respects the the preferences from Win11
if i remember correct you can do that in Win10 also
