Deletion of Experiments

What are you missing?

I am currently missing the option to remove completely an experiment. Since new users are trying the DM, they sometime encountered issues for registering a project and at the end they would like to have the option of removing completely the experiment from the list of experiments.

Why do you need a solution?

Having the option of removing a wrong experiment will avoid a long list of useless experiments.

Ideas

Would it be possible to add a "-" symbol next to the "+" so that the users can select an experiment that they would like to remove from the list? I will of course still leave the rule that measurements followed by samples and experimental design should be first delete in order to allow the deletion of the experiment from the list.

Deletion of information is not the correct procedure to ensure data consistency. It needs to be made clear why an experiment has to be deleted and if not archiving an experiment is the better solution. If the latter then the archive use case has to be elucidated.
