Preserve the measurement identifier in the download ZIP archive content

What are you missing?

Raw data is currently provided as ZIP archive, and the packed content looks e.g. like this:

Archive:  NGS.......AP-270937144402201-2024-11-25.122716.zip
 extracting: 32d71873-dc3a-4658-b7af-b0b75a65efc0/Q2......._AS1183578LR71245_R1.fastq.gz  
 extracting: 32d71873-dc3a-4658-b7af-b0b75a65efc0/Q2......._AS1183578LR71245_R2.fastq.gz  

The uuid is unknown to me and confuses me.

Why do you need a solution?

Information and identifier should be transparent to me, so should be their purpose and intended use.

Ideas

Explain where the UUID comes from and what it does / why the user needs it, or replace it by an ID that is known to the user (e.g. measurement ID).
