Workshop page out of date

As of March 2023, the workshop page at https://pytroll.github.io/workshops/ describes the DMI workshop in Copenhagen in November 2019 as the most recent workshop that has occurred. This is inaccurate, as there have been several workshops online since then, both online and in-person. This page should be updated to reflect reality better.

Could we get a list of the workshops we've had since then? I haven't attended any other ones in person, but I think the first step is to get a list of them. Here's what I gathered from the workshop channel on slack:
