Re-running a script within one KG, it makes every structure, job, workflow double which I do not want it.
Specially when you are in trying to test your workflow.

Added a purge function in #145 . Now you can call kg.purge(force=True) to delete everything in the knowledge graph. Deleting single samples is not possible at the moment.
