Missing the connection between structure_2 created from structured_1 #136

In my script, I am creating Mg_fcc structure from Mg_hcp structure by using Mg_hcp lattice constant and covera ratio.
There is not a such a relationship in atomrdf to show this connection.

@sepidbgh thanks for reporting! I have fixed in #143, and also added an example. Feel free to reopen if it does not work as expected.
