Bug: with ConfigWizard cannot add devices on a hub because of COM port issue

When using the ConfigWizard, if a hub uses a single COM port and multiple devices are connected to it, adding all the devices can be problematic. After adding the first device, any attempt to add additional devices results in an error stating that the COM port is already in use.

I found this error while trying to connect few devices from a Prior ProScan III controller. I am able to add all the devices if using the Java gui.
