🐛 Describe the bug
when I import pyg_lib,there occurs an error:
UserWarning: An issue occurred while importing 'pyg-lib'. Disabling its usage. Stacktrace: /lib64/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.27' not found (required by /public/home/yika/miniforge3/envs/deepH3/lib/python3.9/site-packages/libpyg.so)
I found that upgrade glibc can solve this problem. But glibc is a fundamental package, upgrade it may cause some very serious errors. So I want to know if there are any other solutions available.
