Setting Composite channel mode in constructor retains/adds channel slider

Description

Setting channel_mode="composite" within the NDViewer constructor adds a slider for the channel index. Changing the value of the channel index does nothing.

What I Did

I made a slight edit to examples/numpy_arr.py:
