Native flora is currently just made in an assembler. Replace with early smart-farming or other means.

Maybe make a way to make it out of seaweed and/or logs?

Native flora is normally completely free (no mining fluid), and you need quite a lot of it. Meaning I think even just seaweed/logs would take a lot of infrastructure to create the needed amounts, depends on the recipe ratios I guess.
