Summary
We temporarily introduced new download links that reroute through Scarf: #1288
This PR reverts the above. The roll forward and backward of these links is being managed by this issue #1287
Manually verified the preview site change. This shows that the links have been reverted. For example https://docs-herrera-preview.netlify.app/docs/pdk/3.x/pdk_install
