Host deploy with pulumi button under docs #13881

Host "Deploy with Pulumi" button under docs cdn instead of under get.pulumi.com/new/button.svg. get.pulumi.com should not be used to host these image assets and is more fitting to host them here.

Once this is done, the documentation on our site that documents the location of this button should be updated here

We may also want to consider removing or redirecting from get.pulumi.com to wherever the new location would be.
