Expose decompression functions to the API

What new feature do you think would be cool to add to artemis?
The artemis Rust code has several functions to help decompress (and compress) data. However, currently none are exposed the API.

Describe the solution you'd like
In order to support parsing more complex artifacts, users may need to decompress data.

Additional context
Before work on #14 can start we need to be able to decompress zlib data
