Track Qlik Sense boot messages and send to event destinations

Sometimes servers reboot spontaneously or without prior planning.
Sense usually handle such abrupt restarts fine, but it is still good to know they happened.

By tapping into the Sense logs it may be possible to detect Sense startup messages and forward these to Butler.
Once in Butler those messages can be stored in InfluxDB, sent as MQTT messages or webhooks, sent to New Relic, Signl4, shown in Grafana or New Relic dashboards etc.
