[ISSUE]: Loading SMB share freezes OPL beta

Describe the issue

I have a mini OpenWRT router that is set up via SMB for loading games via ethernet. With the latest beta version, when I start server on the ethernet games page, the loading icon spins for maybe a second or so and then freezes completely.

This is after plenty of time for the router to boot fully, and sitting on the frozen screen for several minutes to confirm that it's not just taking a bit to load.

OPL v1.1.0 is working fine with identical settings.

Experiencing the same problem with my TP link travel router, SCPH-90004, OPL beta v1.2.0 2065. When changing ETH to auto or manual and backing out OPL freezes.

OPL Beta 1.2.0 2061 - works well except for DVD9 games
OPL Beta 1.2.0 2063 - freezes when changing ETH to auto or manual
OPL Beta 1.2.0 2065 - freezes when changing ETH to auto or manual

OPLNEUTV41 + neutrino 20231218 + udpbd-vexfat 0.2.0 - God of War works well, but Gran Turismo 4 freezes on a black screen

I had the exact same issue with my SCPH-90002 and OPL 1.2.0 beta 2065
Tried 2 different routers (Lenovo Newifi and ASUS RT-AX53U) wired LAN connection.

OPL Beta 1.2.0 2061 - works well except for DVD9 games
OPL Beta 1.2.0 2063 - freezes when changing ETH to auto or manual
