I'd like to have a row of buttons or links that applies a predefined filter; with or without the column actually being displayed. For example, imagine a table of transactions that have a database column with values of Cash, Credit, Check ... It would also be good to have that be a key/value pair so the column value might not be exactly the same as the display value.
