Ability to run topic analysis for specific time period

Raised a a question here: #2636

Idea:
Make it possible to specify time range to analysis.

Impl:
Technically we can seek to starting offsets using fromTimestamp and finish scanning when toTimestamp reached

Things to think about:

1. Do we need to keep last N analysis results?
2. if yes - need to design selection view for that
3. should we support parallel analysis for several time ranges?
