It's currently very difficult to link to a specific metric, this functionality is useful when discussing metric data in chat or on the forum.

From LFW:

Opening the expanded view (and scrolling the page to the right place in the background so it's in the right place when you close it. If possible.
There also need to be like 'link' icons on the metrics so they can be linked.
