[BUG] Another scrape is already in process, will not start a new one

YACE version

v0.61.2

Config file

11 metrics times- each has 50 accounts to collect the metrics
scrap every 3m

Current Behavior

every hour I get a message
"Another scrape is already in process, will not start a new one"

Expected Behavior

scrape continually

Steps To Reproduce

add about 50 users to assume rule with them to 11 users and collect 11 metrics type

Anything else?
