Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now page titles are a bit boring and we're missing some SEO meta tags.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally we need to concatenate what's being set currently with some generic suffix (e.g. "- Project City Build"). Also upgrade our SEO by adding an image, better descriptions and so on.
