CodeIgniter 2.1 internationalization i18n

This is small modification to:

[url]http://maestric.com/doc/php/codeigniter_i18n[/url]

to work with CodeIgniter 2.1.

You need to create application/helpers/MY_url_helper.php instead of MY_Config.php and application/core/MY_Lang.php instead of application/libraries/MY_Language.php

1. Create application/core/MY_Lang.php
