Gen 2 has table_width/assert_table_length (pret/pokecrystal#806) and list_start/assert_list_length (pret/pokecrystal#816) for keeping data in sync with constants. It also uses non-macro assertions for other such checks.

Duplicate of #312. :P (It hasn't been done for RAM tables, but #320 will take care of those.)
