When I compare the consent log and matomo analytics, I see, that there are not consent logged for certain visitor (no ip and cookie category logged in) I tried to reflect that situation by inkognito tab. When visitor do not click Reject all button, no consent logged in for that visitor. But, hey, when visitor going to eshop and shopping (added items to cart) - necessary cookies are set without their "consent" for necessary cookies. And this is question because necessary are required cookies for site function - as I understand?

When visitor access my website, their visit is logged in as neccesary cookie accept. (is this legally right?
