Currently, pypi-options is global and cannot be made platform-specific, e.g.
[tool.pixi.pypi-options] # this is allowed
but,
[tool.pixi.target.linux64.pypi-options] # not allowed
is not supported. The most common use case would be pointing at different extra-index-urls that server platform-specific packages.
