repodata not found error for channels with only noarch/repodata.json #2724

For channels that only contain noarch packages, pixi writes these errors.

ERROR error=repodata not found
ERROR error=repodata not found
ERROR error=repodata not found
ERROR error=repodata not found

Since a conda channel is valid even if it doesn't have linux-64/repodata.json, i don't think this should be an error but instead a warning (or even info?).
