Merge NC/DC to DT/HT and change if "Adjust pitch" option is enabled

I'm really feeling weird about NC/DC and DT/HT existing as separate mods when their only difference is the pitch. Not only that, DT/HT makes for a better NC/DC with their "Adjust pitch" setting since the pitch adjusts based on the speed increase/decrease unlike the current NC/DC where it stays on a 0.75x/1.5x pitch regardless of speed increase/decrease which causes distortion that sounds horrible.

I don't think having the NC/DC to adjust pitch based on speed now is going to cut it either since DT/HT can achieve the same result by just enabling the "Adjust pitch" option. We're going to have two of the same mods, just with a different starting setting.

I suggest for DT/HT mods to change into NC/DC whenver the "Adjust pitch" option is enabled.

• This makes NC/DC kind of an easter egg similar to stable where it would only show up if "Adjust pitch" is enabled on DT/HT.
• This will make NC/DC pitch adapt to the speed increase/decrease which I personally prefer.

The only problem I see with it is that it's going to be harder to go straight to NC/DC but we might just do it with a right-click or a double-click, similar to stable. That should just turn on DT/HT and turn on the "Adjust pitch" option.

I don't think this would break current scores that were already set but correct me if I'm wrong.

What's your end goal here? just to remove the "weird feeling" from inside you?

That's part of it but I just liked the idea of DT/HT changing into NC/DC. Would be something pretty cool to see.
