Description
Previously, the project name matched where the file was stored on maven central which results in this error https://github.com/powersync-ja/powersync-kotlin/actions/runs/12235887342/job/34128918656. Given the name of the project has changed this is no longer the case. This fixes the name to match what is in maven i.e.
powersync-...
