Putting a symlink named public under a directory fails powder list #84

To reproduce, create a random directory in ~/.pow, say ~/.pow/trollemipsum, then do ln -s ~/Works/trollemipsum ~/.pow/trollemipsum/public to have Pow serve static files. This won’t work with powder list because it seems to assume everything in ~/.pow to be symbolic links.

$ powder version
powder 0.2.0

oops, local fancy-git-ing mishap caused 98e67c0 to not actually include the reversion the commit message referred to. I (perhaps too quickly) considered this a blatant enough issue to amend for -- hence the double appearing commit on this PR
