'Test-ElevationRequirement' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet #181

On version 2.0.1 from an elevated ps window on an offline machine with a wsusscan2 file from 7/22:

PS C:\windows\system32> get-kbneededupdate -scanfilepath c:\temp
The term 'Test-ElevationRequirement' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the
name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
    + CategoryInfo          : ObjectNotFound: (Test-ElevationRequirement:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException
    + PSComputerName        : localhost

WARNING: You must run this command as administator in order to perform the task

I dont know what I'm doing, but thought maybe, just maybe, this wasnt something I screwed up.
