When I reset my keyboard shortcuts, I noticed that it did get back to the way it was. However, the "Super key action" in desktop settings still shows that's set to App Library.

I only discovered this because I wanted to change the keyboard shortcut of the App Launcher to Super+Space, but it wasn't working right.
