[BUG] Disabling/Re enabling a display causes its windows to be hidden and crash #893

Disabling a display, its windows are hidden. Expected behaviour would be to transfer them to a different monitor.
Re enabling the display, most of the time the applications there crash (I can see them briefly before they actually crash)
