App Ignoring High Performance Power Setting | Using CPU Graphics Instead of Discrete GPU

According to this article, my discrete GPU should be being used.

My machine is also set to use the discrete GPU in the GUI power settings and command line.

Output of sudo system76-power graphics:

Running a particular game does not utilize the discrete GPU unless the app is ran from the app library with Run on NVIDIA ... [GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Mobile]
