I want to map non-covering elements on the circle, especially such as genes and chromosome regions. Therefore I added a class ChromosomeElement, functions GCircle.add_chromosome_element and GCircle.set_chromosome_elements to map elements with chromosome and locations. The modification allows us to read and map discrete regions on the circle plot.
