Allow more "fields" than just model name like a url

Right now if a metadata.name field is defined in the model, it is displayed in the UI. In some instances, it would be convenient to have the ability to display other fields and detect that they are URLs to automatically link to it. A use case would be to link back to a build system (like Jenkins) that generated this model.
