Related to pombase/canto#2689. The fixes that are introduced into canto / chado should be kept in a table to have a changelog (simply the rows in allele_auto_fix.tsv or protein_modification_auto_fix.tsv that were used). This could be commited to the repository allele_qc or be kept elsewhere.

For now, what I have been doing is adding the tsv files that I sent you for fixes in here:

https://github.com/pombase/allele_qc/tree/master/change_log

The list is not exhaustive, because a lot of them were edited by hand in Canto

@manulera do we need to do anything about the manually curated ones?

I have kept a non-exhaustive record in the change_log folder, with files following this format:

https://github.com/pombase/allele_qc/blob/master/change_log/allele_manual_changes_formatted_03082023.tsv
