v0.20.6 R3 w/ SponsorBlock

Additions:

• Added an "Extras" settings category for miscellaneous hacks/tweaks/workarounds/etc (requests/suggestions for small things not present in the official NewPipe release will go here).
• Added "Disable Tablet UI" and "Disable TV UI" experimental settings to give large devices a workaround for auto-fullscreening when rotating the device.

Changes:

• Changed where SponsorBlock settings are located. They now have their own dedicated "SponsorBlock" section.
• Update notifications now check this repo for new releases, instead of the official NewPipe locations.

Fixes:

• Video segments should now be consistently maintained internally, and their markings drawn correctly.
• Adding a channel to the whitelist should now correctly persist.
• Parsing errors should (hopefully) no longer occur when attempting to install the APK.
