Next generation UI and new frontend styling

@darrlau designed a next generation UI for 1wallet, which looks awesome and organizes the features in a much more sensible way. The design may be made available in the repository later, after another iteration of improvement.

Since our current frontend implementation rely on antd (albeit with substantial customizations), implementing the UI would require overriding a considerable amount of antd styles and components. Nonetheless, the overall consensus based on internal discussions between the frontend developers is that overriding these styles would still be substantially easier than rewriting all SCSS from scratch.

We can follow up this thread with a list of major components which substantial modifications are required. This will be a large project (>2 weeks). The issue is created to track the progress of this and to keep new (frontend) contributors informed on which areas help is most needed
