Persistent run options bug

Hello,

There is an issue with the persistent options, it doesn't save some of them when I relaunch the app. It remembers is the supplementary phylogenetic directory, username, and institute. However, for control names and analysis run options it resets.

I tried to change the config.yaml in the app directory but that didn't change anything either.

I'm using the latest version for both the GUI (1.6.0) and the pipeline (1.3.1)

Hopefully it is a quick fix
