Error when running piranha cl and gui

New batch of DDNS data from a partner lab. One run finished analysis, every run since fails with the above error, both on command line and in GUI. Is this a data issue or a piranha issue?

This looks like there's a line in the barcodes.csv file with an empty barcode field- possibly will be a line like below or even a fully blank one

barcode01,sample01
,           <-
,           <-

as it's looking for barcode ''. Maybe check there's no extra lines in the file?

Thanks, that seems to have fixed it. Is it possible for lines without "barcode" in the barcode column to be ignored?
